1. Management Trainee Manufacture

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

REQUIREMENT :

- Maximum 25 years old

- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 :

- Agriculture Engineering

- Chemical Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Food Technology

- Industrial Technology

- Material Science

- Material Engineering

- E&E Engineering

- Good written, verbal, and presentation skill

- Fluent in English

- Never involve in crime and drugs

- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 3 years

- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit

2. Consolidation Report Accounting

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Assist in the improvement of the monthly Group consolidation process to deliver accurate and timely information to the Group Business Performance Management team for inclusion within internal reporting to the Finance Director, Executive Committee, Board or the external financial community;

- Review and help improve business unit financial submissions;

- Maintain and improve the consolidation system in order to meet changing accounting and reporting requirements;

- Maintain and improve the control framework and control environment over the consolidation and business unit submission process to ensure production of financial information without material error;

- Manage and develop the financial accounts team, and deliver continuous improvement

- Consolidation of Monthly Reporting, Re-forecast’s and Budgets to support Commercial managers

- To undertake key initiatives aimed at improving performance and reducing cost.

- Ensure basic controls are adequate and in place, and reviewed on a regular basis.

Job Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar position or Have exeperience in KAP (External Auditor) is welcome

- The candidate it self must have strong analytical skills, flexibility and high stand of ethics and integrity

- Full-Time position(s) available.

3. Compensation & Benefit Analyst

Analyze and design employee compensation & benefit

Requirement :

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and majoring in Management

- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Knowledgeable about design compensation & benefit

- Knowledgeable about evaluation and analyze all compensation and benefit program

- Familiar with mercer data and methodology

- Applicants must be willing to work in Bintaro.

- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
