2. ASSET & INVENTORY AUDITOR
About the Job
As an Asset & Inventory Auditor Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory records, financial transactions, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing loss within our retail operations. as well as monitoring asset/inventory movements in retail shops around the MAKASSAR areas.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or auditing, preferably in the retail apparel industry and Public Accountant Firm.
- Strong knowledge of retail inventory and finance auditing principle,
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and retail-specific software to track and manage inventory. (Excel & SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in auditing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you will Need to Succeed :
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Akuntansi/Manajemen Keuangan
- Berpengalaman sebagai Finance & Accounting selama minimal 1 tahun (Freshgraduate silahkan melamar)
- Menguasai Ms. Office
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Head Office Bandung (Kopo, Katapang)
4. SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
In This role, you will get to :
- Work closely with our operational and other marketing team, aligning social media efforts to bolster broader marketing objectives focused on adventure and ecotourism
- Being involved in the end-to-end production process of social media content, including TikTok and Instagram
- Develop social media content from ideation, finding references, script writing, shooting, caption & uploading. Can work well with designers to create content.
- Develop creative ways to enhance and improve Eiger Adventure Land social media accounts.
- Daily social media management.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc social media reporting.
- Keep up with the latest trend in social media.
- Work from an office in Bandung - West Java.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, or Public Relations of related majors.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in social media management.
- Have good communication and writing skills in Indonesian and English.
- Creative content creator.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram, X, and TikTok), trends, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in handling TikTok is a superb additional point for you.
- Have basic knowledge in SEO.
- Have basic knowledge and skills in design and video editing.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a data-driven mindset and experienced with social media analytic tools.
- Have experience in KOL management.

About the Job

As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the frontline of selling activities of our products. Based on the customer needs, you are responsible for performing our products and providing experiential customer service satisfaction to encourage customers to purchase at the store.
In this role, you will get to :
- Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
- Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
- Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB)
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to work shifts and work on holidays
